help with finding the song that says something about ..I will meet you on the other side of the moon, old song?

My Dad is 77 and he told me he wants to have a song plaid at his
funeral for my mom. it is something that says I will meet you on the
other side of the moon, or ill be waiting for you on the Other side of
the moon... it has got to be a old song, I have looked and looked and
cant find anything. Can anyone help. he does not remember the title
anymore...
